REVIEW POLICY

 Quality Herald follows a single-stage editorial review process, designed to be both rigorous and responsive.

• Editorial Review: All submissions are initially screened by the editorial board for relevance, originality, and adherence to the journal’s scope and formatting guidelines.
• Subject Matter Input (when applicable): For technical or research-heavy submissions, articles may be forwarded to domain experts for advisory input (not blind peer review).
• Light Peer Review (select cases): Articles of significant technical depth or academic rigour may be sent for single-blind peer review, especially if intended for future citation or academic referencing.

Each submission is assessed based on the following:

• Relevance to the magazine’s scope 
• Clarity and readability
• Originality of ideas or perspectives
• Practical utility or conceptual contribution
• Structure and adherence to author guidelines
• Proper citations and ethical compliance

•  Initial Review / Acknowledgment: Within 5 business days of submission
• Review and Decision (Accept/Revise/Reject): Within 1–3 weeks
• Revised Submissions (if required): Authors will be given 4–6 days to resubmit after editorial comments

• Accepted – The article is approved for publication, possibly with minor editorial revisions
• Revision Required – The article will be considered after suggested changes are incorporated
• Rejected – The article does not meet the minimum criteria or is outside the magazine's scope

• All authors are expected to submit original work, free of plagiarism or simultaneous submission to other publications
• Articles must include proper attribution and references
• Any potential conflicts of interest should be declared

 The editorial board reserves the right to:

• Edit accepted submissions for grammar, tone, and formatting while retaining the original message
• Withhold publication if revisions are not satisfactorily made
• Decline any article that conflicts with the publication’s ethical or professional standards

Constructive feedback will be provided to authors whose articles require revision or cannot be accepted, with the aim of encouraging future submissions and content improvement.
